Eligibility to use the service

To use NeuravaNLab services you must be legally capable of entering into contracts and comply with all local laws applicable to your use. Organizations and individuals are responsible for ensuring lawful use of our materials and tools.

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If local law sets a higher age for consent, that higher age applies. Minors may use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.

You agree to use NeuravaNLab resources only for lawful purposes and not to engage in activities that violate applicable regulations, privacy rights or third-party intellectual property.

Access to NeuravaNLab may be limited in certain countries due to legal or regulatory restrictions. We may restrict or refuse service to users in jurisdictions where operation would be unlawful or pose an unacceptable compliance risk.

Account terms

Account holders are responsible for all activity under their account. Keep login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Provide accurate, current and complete information when creating or updating your account. Misleading or false information may lead to suspension or termination.

You must protect account access data. NeuravaNLab implements reasonable security measures, but you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for actions taken through your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable except where explicitly permitted in writing by NeuravaNLab. Selling, sharing or transferring accounts may result in suspension.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support@neuravanlab.best immediately and follow any instructions we provide to secure the account and mitigate potential misuse.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or present a security, fraud or compliance risk. Suspension may be temporary while we contribute or permanent in serious cases.

Service description

NeuravaNLab provides paid and free educational content, templates, automation guides and platform tools designed to accelerate adoption of AI-driven workflows. Features and availability may vary by plan and over time as we improve offerings.

We may modify, add or remove features and offerings at any time. We will provide notice of material changes when feasible. Updates to services do not automatically alter fees already paid for active subscriptions unless specified.

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur; we will communicate significant planned downtime in advance when possible.

User rules and acceptable use

To maintain a safe, productive learning environment, users must follow these rules when using NeuravaNLab.best and associated resources.

• Do not use the platform to distribute malicious code, spam or content that violates laws or third-party rights.
• Respect privacy: do not upload personal data of others without lawful basis.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape large volumes of data, or interfere with the platform’s operation.
• Use community forums and collaboration tools respectfully; harassment, hate speech or abusive conduct is not tolerated.
• Label and document AI models and workflows responsibly, following provided safety guidance and ethical recommendations.
• Follow content licensing terms when using templates, code snippets or third-party materials provided through NeuravaNLab.
• Report suspected misuse or vulnerabilities to security@neuravanlab.best promptly.

User content

Users may upload or submit content such as project files, templates, discussion posts and model checkpoints. You retain ownership of your user content subject to the rights you grant NeuravaNLab below.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit content and that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

By submitting content you grant NeuravaNLab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute and promote the content as part of the service. This license enables us to operate and improve the platform and to offer collaboration features.

You are responsible for the content you post. Remove or redact any sensitive personal or confidential information before uploading. NeuravaNLab may remove content that violates these terms or poses legal or safety risks.

If requested, we will contribute content removal requests and will remove content that violates policies or law. We may retain copies as required for dispute resolution, fraud prevention or compliance.

Intellectual property

All NeuravaNLab activity, service names, logos, and platform code remain our intellectual property. Course materials and proprietary tools are owned or licensed by NeuravaNLab and provided subject to these terms.

• Do not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of NeuravaNLab proprietary content without permission.
• You may use downloadable learning materials for personal or organizational training consistent with the license provided at download.
• Respect third-party copyright and licensing; attribute open-source materials as required by their licenses.

Paid services and subscriptions

NeuravaNLab offers paid courses, subscriptions and premium features. Paid services are subject to the pricing and billing terms below and any plan-specific terms presented at purchase.

Prices for paid services are displayed on NeuravaNLab.best and may change. When you purchase a subscription or course, the price at the time of purchase applies for the billing period shown.

We accept payment by the methods indicated during checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the selected method for the total amount.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You are responsible for timely cancellation if you do not wish to renew. Account privileges for premium content are provided while a subscription is active.

Refunds are handled case-by-case in line with consumer protection laws and our refund policy. For technical or billing issues, contact billing@neuravanlab.best with details so we can assess and respond.

To cancel a subscription, follow the account cancellation flow at NeuravaNLab.best/account or contact support@neuravanlab.best. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund past billing periods.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases. Prices may be shown excluding local taxes where required; taxes will be added at checkout as applicable.

We may change prices for subscriptions or features; existing subscribers will be notified in advance of material price increases and provided options where required by law.

If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved. We may attempt to contact you to resolve billing problems.

Disclaimer

NeuravaNLab provides educational content and tools aimed at helping professionals adopt AI workflows. Content is provided for informational purposes and should not be taken as professional advice tailored to specific legal, medical or business situations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NeuravaNLab and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid by you for the relevant services in the prior 12 months.

Third-party services

We may integrate with third-party services and tools. Those integrations are subject to the third party’s terms and privacy practices. NeuravaNLab is not responsible for third-party conduct or content.

Termination

Either party may terminate access for breach of these terms or for other lawful reasons. We may suspend or terminate accounts that pose a security, legal or compliance risk.

On termination, access to paid features will cease. We may delete or retain content as required for legal, regulatory or operational purposes, and will provide instructions where user data can be exported.

Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose personal data. By using NeuravaNLab, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy, subject to applicable law.

Communications from NeuravaNLab

By creating an account you consent to receive service-related messages, updates and notices via email or in-app notifications. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent or as permitted by law.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on NeuravaNLab.best. Continued use after notice signifies acceptance of updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action, except where urgent injunctive relief is required.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, contact support@neuravanlab.best to attempt resolution. If unresolved, parties may pursue arbitration or court proceedings as permitted by applicable law. Each party is responsible for its own legal costs unless a decision states otherwise.
